How to use:
Use 1/8-1/2 oz. balancing blends oil with 2-4 oz. of Elixer for hair treatment.
Use 1/8 oz. balancing blends oil with 2 oz. of Elixer for scalp treatment
Use 1/8 oz. balancing blends oil with 1 oz of Elixer for skin care.
